AFL Canberra Finals Footy Is Back for 2022!
2022 AFL Canberra Finals Structure
AFL Canberra are pleased to confirm the 2022 Finals Structure for all premier, community and junior finals series.
It is important to note, the day and timings for the 2022 Community Grand Finals will be determined following the release of the day/time of the Round 23 AFL Men’s match between GWS Giants and Fremantle Dockers. AFL Canberra understand the impact on Community Football Finals given the unconfirmed time/day of the upcoming AFL Men’s match scheduled for Manuka Oval. AFL Canberra will work with all clubs impacted to ensure minimal disruption for the 2022 Finals Series, and ensure the Canberra Football Community have the ability to attend both Finals matches, and GWS matches.
It is important to note, the timings of the 2022 Youth Girls Grand Finals will be confirmed in the coming weeks, following the announcement of the AFLW Round 2 fixture between GWS Giants and Brisbane Lions has been fixtured for Sunday 4th September at 3:10pm
