AFL Canberra COVID-19 Update

Following the recent development of COVID-19 in the ACT region, AFL Canberra has unfortunately been advised that a junior participant has tested positive to the virus. The exposure site and health advice related to this case can be found here

ACT Health is continuing to work with all parties involved and has since notified any close contacts who need to isolate and/or get tested. AFL Canberra has confirmed this with ACT Health and will continue to receive any necessary updates to provide to our clubs and participants.

AFL Canberra will continue to follow the most up to date health advice from the ACT Government and advise our broader AFL community accordingly.

Please continue to practice good hygiene and we urge all of our footy communities to please stay at home during this seven-day lockdown.
