The position involves the management and execution of all duties related to the effective delivery of all initiatives and activities around the recruitment, education and retention of umpires in the ACT, Sapphire Coast and Central West. AFL NSW/ACT is strongly committed to ensuring that development and accreditation programs are conducted to maximise the development of umpires for our game.
