AFL Canberra is pleased to announce CareSuper as the naming rights sponsor of our Rising Stars competition, supporting grassroots football in the ACT.

Julie Lander, CEO of CareSuper, said that the Fund is proud to be supporting our younger generation of footballers who are transitioning from junior to senior football.

“CareSuper wants to help people fulfill their dreams during their working life and beyond. But we’d also like to help young people achieve their sporting dreams and other life goals, which is why we’re supporting the CareSuper Rising Stars,” Lander said

“CareSuper takes a genuine interest in people’s wellbeing. Promoting community involvement and a healthy lifestyle is as important as helping people to build their super,”

“Football is about support. And so is CareSuper. As well as getting behind the CareSuper Rising Stars, we’re also here to help Canberra people to build their financial futures,”

“Our research shows that our members are professionally minded and want to succeed in life and work, whatever their occupation may be.  As an industry fund, CareSuper respects that sense of professionalism and puts members’ interests first, helping them to set themselves up for a healthy, active and financially secure future.”

Steve Mahar, AFL/NSW Regional Manager – ACT, is proud to welcome CareSuper on board and is looking forward to a long partnership between our two organisations

“CareSuper is widely acknowledged as one of the leading industry super funds in Australia and we are extremely grateful that they are throwing their support behind our Rising Stars competition,” Mahar said

“We encourage everyone to consider CareSuper as their super fund of choice and support those who support us.”

CareSuper is an award-winning fund, winning the SuperRatings Choice Super of the Year 2017 and the Money magazine Best Super Fund Manager 2017.
